How: Everyone sits together in a shared workspace, working separately and jointly to promote ideas, sharing knowledge and resources, creating new ideas. Everything takes place in an atmosphere that is a combination of purpose and professionalism alongside being social and gaining added value beyond simply work and money.

When: All the time, especially during regular working hours, but also at night and on weekends.
